1. Do you ship internationally?

We ship internationally to the following countries in the world: Australia, New Zealand, USA, Canada, China (including SARs), Malaysia, Singapore, Vietnam, Thailand, Japan, Denmark, Germany, Italy, Norway, Belgium, France, Poland, Sweden, Switzerland, Finland, United Kingdom, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain

For unlisted countries, we are sorry for the inconvenience and are working towards expanding our shipping destinations.

2. How much does shipping cost?

Australia:

  • Free shipping on orders over $120 AUD (complimentary items not included).
  • For orders below $120 AUD, shipping fees start at $10 AUD, with charges based on the total product weight.

International:

  • Free shipping on orders over $180 AUD (complimentary items not included).
  • For orders below $180 AUD, shipping fees start at $20 AUD, with charges based on the total product weight.

We may also offer site-wide free shipping promotions during sale seasons. Stay tuned!

3. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time

Processing Time: 1-5 business days
Standard Shipping Time: 3-15 business days

✧ Note:

  • To ensure customers receive their goods as soon as possible, we will process the order within 5 business days after confirming the order. While we work hard to ensure your order is prepared for shipping as quickly as possible, some items may have longer processing time due to low product availability. In such circumstances, you will be notified by email of the delay.
  • Delivery times will be affected by public holidays, during which couriers will provide limited services. These are beyond our control. Normal services will resume immediately after each holiday. We apologize for any delays caused during this period and kindly ask our customers to be patient.
  • All estimated/general delivery times are based on real data collected from past orders and are for reference only.

4. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking details. You can track your order using the provided information at 17track.net. Please allow 1-2 business days for tracking information to become available.

If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped in separate packages, each with its own Shipping Confirmation email.

5. What if the package doesn’t arrive?

If your package has not arrived within 60 days of shipment, please contact us.

6. Order Confirmation

After placing your order, you will receive an Order Confirmation email with a summary of your order, as well as your shipping and billing details.

7. Shipping Confirmation

When your order ships, we will send you a Shipping Confirmation email, including details about the shipment and a tracking number.

8. Day of Delivery

On the day your package will be delivered, an SMS notification will be sent to you to let you know your delivery is on its way to you.

9.Missed Delivery

If you are not available to receive your shipment, you can contact your carrier to reschedule a delivery.

10. Incorrect Shipping Information

If you notice incorrect shipping details, contact our customer service within 2 hours of placing your order.

Please note that it is the responsibility of the customers to enter their shipping address correctly. We are unable to redirect to another shipping address after we have processed and shipped the parcel.
