RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Due to the nature of crystal, each item's colour and pattern will vary. Therefore, we do not offer refunds unless there is a major fault with your item. If an item qualifies to be refunded, it will take us approximately 14-30 days to process your refund. Please note that all items must be returned to us in their unused condition. All items must be returned in the original packaging for us to process an exchange or refund. Any items that show signs of wear and tear will be returned to the customer.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for sale items at this time. 

 

While we pack your crystals as safely and securely as possible, we understand that unfortunately, accidents do happen. Please email us a photo of your damaged item within 48 hours of delivery and we'll do our best to come up with a solution. Store credits will be issued at the discretion of luminosoul.

Please keep in mind when purchasing: crystals are natural products, and some natural imperfections are to be expected.

 

CANCELLATIONS

If you would like to cancel or make change to your order, please contact us within 48 hours after you made the order. No cancellation or changes could be applied to the order once it goes into preparation for delivery.
